ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1 business day after full payment confirmation.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders confirmed on Friday may be dispatched on Monday.

Courier delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Door-to-Door Courier (The Courier Guy)
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

PAXI Pickup Point
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Remote or outlying areas
Please allow up to 5 working days

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Same-day delivery is available only within Durban CBD and surrounding areas.

This service is not available in high-risk, remote, or outlying areas.

Same-day delivery is subject to availability and order confirmation time.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

Place your order before 14:00 on a business day to qualify for next business day delivery.

Orders placed after 14:00 will be delivered the following business day.

This service is subject to courier availability and service coverage.

PAXI Pickup Point: R110
Door-to-Door Courier (The Courier Guy): R250

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may change without notice.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or email so you can monitor your delivery.

DELIVERY TERMS

Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

• Weather conditions
• Load shedding

• Incorrect delivery details
• Any third-party service provider delays

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact numbers.
