Refund policy

iPhone Plug01 is committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


RETURNS

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be in original, unused condition
• Be in original, undamaged packaging
• Include all accessories, manuals, and components
• Include the original invoice or proof of purchase

A R250 handling or collection fee applies to all approved returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Opened or used products may still be accepted but will be subject to a 30% handling fee.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval before any refund or exchange is processed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


EXCHANGES

Products may be exchanged for items of equal value.

If the replacement item costs more, the customer must pay the price difference.

If the replacement item costs less, the balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.


REFUNDS

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing may take 10–15 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

iPhone Plug01 is not responsible for:

• Bank charges
• Interest
• Transaction fees
• Taxes
• Any third-party processing fees

These costs, if any, will not be reimbursed.


PRODUCTS DAMAGED ON DELIVERY

If your order arrives damaged or missing accessories, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery or collection.

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage
• Description of the issue

After inspection and verification, we will replace the damaged product or missing accessories where applicable.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following may not be returned:

• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Products without original packaging
• Products missing accessories or components
• Products returned after 7 days
